The NLP Business Practitioner is a stimulating and fun journey of self development in the areas of performance, communication and goal setting. NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) can be defined as 'The art and science of personal and professional excellence.' NLP is the exploration of how we think, communicate and change - so that we can model, replicate and improve performance.

NLP's core competencies are about:

3. Techniques, so we can transfer what we have learned from modelling.

This programme is designed to enable you to gain a strong foundation in the principles and practices of NLP, putting you on the path to becoming an excellent practitioner, both in the workplace and in your personal life.

The NLP Business Practitioner is ideal for people who genuinely want to improve what they do. It provides a safe environment for people to open their minds to new approaches and new things, and discover what really works for them. The programme is highly experiential and delegates are expected to take an active part and to exhibit a degree of openness and honesty to get full value from the course.

This course has been specifically designed for leaders, coaches, consultants, sales people, customer service managers and those involved in change who would benefit from improving and fine tuning their ability to think, communicate and influence. The training is available as group in- house training over 6 days or as one to one professional development training to suit your needs and that of your business.

Accreditation and Licence

On completion of all of the modules you will be granted a licence to practice as a NLP Practitioner by the Society of NLP, the first and largest NLP certification, training validation and quality control organisation in the world.

Furthermore, as a reflection of the pedigree of your training your certificate is personally signed by the co-creator of NLP Dr Richard Bandler.

The modules that are covered are as follows:

Module 1 - Introduction to NLP in Business

This introduction to the NLP business model and presuppositions sets the theoretical base for the adventure you are about to begin. Learn to define a well formed direction to create positive long term goals and apply this to your self one to one with John.

Module 2 - Understanding others Model of the World

Learn one of the key discoveries of NLP – eye accessing cues and predicates and knowing how people think can help you understand and influence others easier.

Module 3 - The Science of NLP

Learn how to become a master of your own mind and take control of the way you think. Learn the science of sub-modalities (neurological codes of experience) to take control of how you experience in the present and how to interrupt any limiting patterns of the past.

Module 4 - Overcoming Obstacles

Eliminate the obstacles to moving on such as fears, phobias e.g public speaking, authority figures by learning an NLP methodology. Learn how to eliminate unwanted habits and unconscious behaviours using the NLP SWISH technique. Also learn how to collapse unconscious triggers (anchors) and learn how to re-programme your mind to more desirable behaviours and habits.

Module 5 - The Power of a Resourceful State

Learn how to access powerful resourceful states and maintain them using personal anchors or triggers.

Module 6 - The Language of Influence

Learn how to use Meta Model questions to gain clarity and understanding from employees or customers. Learn how to use the Milton Model language patterns to unconsciously influence and persuade more effectively.

Module 7 - Strategies for Success

Learn how to elicit and interrupt limiting thought patterns and install new thought strategies to improve the quality of thinking and therefore actions.

Module 8 - Timeline and Altered States

Learn how to use altered states to accelerate change – discover how to use self hypnosis and timelines to create a compelling future. Learn how to use neurological levels to take stock of where you are and where you are going.

Module 9 - Presenting with Confidence

Learn how to access powerful resourceful presenting states and maintain them using personal anchors or triggers.

Module 10 - Consolidation and Integration

Fine tune your well formed outcome for the future and consolidate all your new NLP business skills. This session brings it all together to enable you complete the final assessment and demonstrate your understanding and proficiency in the core NLP therapy skills. On completion of this training you can continue your development by completing the licensed Master NLP Practitioner as a stepping stone to becoming a licensed NLP Coach. Business NLP Practitioner Group Training

You organise the venue and facilities, I come to you and deliver the training. Call for more information and a quotation. The format of the group training will also be tailored to the needs of your business, so if you are primarily sales, then there will be an emphasis on the NLP influence skills.

NLP Business Practitioner Course One to One

One to One Training - This is direct with me at my office in Norwich. This course is run over 10 x 90 minute modules. Alternatively, you can do this training intensively over three days if you are travelling from further a field.

This training course is open to anyone who wants to learn some of the state-of-the-art psychological techniques to get better results, and is uniquely tailored to integrating NLP within your existing business model whether you are in management, sales HR, IT or indeed any department that requires human interaction and performance at work.

This programme is ideal for those looking to develop professionally either as an individual, a small business or both but who require to train around your business commitments. Therefore you can book your sessions when it is convenient to you!

The training can be run over 10 x one to one modules (90 minutes) that can be arranged to suit your commitments if you live locally or 3 days fast track intensively if you are travelling from another part of the UK or abroad. Self study is required in addition to the one to one modules to support the learning and a comprehensive manual and reading list will be provided. You will also receive a NLP Technique Step by Step DVD and Inner Space Series™ hypnotic audio programmes to integrate your own well formed outcome and support setting up your own anchors.

This programme can also be done in a small group of up to three people. So if you are a small business or if you want employees to take advantage of the training as part of their personal development programme without taking extensive days out of the business for expensive courses, then this is ideal as you also save on travel and hotel expenses. There are also discounts available for small groups doing this programme.

I have run and assisted on a variety of NLP training courses over the years and on a week long course you will get the opportunity to practice each technique once or twice. Is this enough to be really good at it? The answer is NO, the key is to be putting the skills into action in real life immediately and using them on yourself first so you know how they work. Everything you learn in NLP, you can practise on yourself or in everyday communication, therefore there are always plenty of opportunities to use and hone your new found NLP skills.

However, to gain more practise with like minded people and refresh your skills, you gain complimentary access to my NLP Boot Camps that are run regularly when you enrol on this programme.

Investment: £1495 (inclusive of comprehensive NLP manual, step by step NLP technique DVD, Inner Space Series™ CD and Society of NLP accreditation and license).  



Payment Terms Payment plan can be £495 deposit followed by 10 payments of £100 paid on each module. These terms are not available for the fast track programme or group training.

Discounts There are discounts of £100 if paid in full in advance by cheque or debit card. There are also discounts available for small groups (up to 3 people) who want to do the one to one programme or larger groups doing the 6 day programme.
